Specifically, Sahar O’Leary is one of the nicest, kindest lawyers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Don’t mistake this kindness for weakness. She was one of the fiercest in dealing with my case – going toe-to-toe with opposing counsel and got the decision that I needed!

I hope I am not in any position to require a lawyer’s help in the future, but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back to O’Leary & Shenasan Law.

O’Leary and Shenasan Law is a top law firm in Newport Beach, specializing in Family Law. My husband hired them last fall to assist with child custody and support modifications. Sahar O’Leary has expertly handled his case. She made it clear in the beginning, her goal would be ONLY to do what was best for the child. She interviewed my husband long and hard before agreeing to take his case and he appreciated that. Lawyers can be expensive, scary and let’s face it.. shady. Not this firm!!! Sahar’s approach was kind, firm, fair, ethical and thorough. My husband has now been working with her for five months, including two court visits via Microsoft Teams. His cases were heard by Vista Courthouse in San Diego, as this firm will represent clients in N. San Diego County. The outcomes have been fantastic, and my husband could not be happier with all they have done for he and his son. In addition, these ladies truly care about their clients and show it often. They know their cases inside and out, they pay attention to details, and they often give us feedback of how to reduce the amount of our overall fees (instead of billing us frivolously). They are not cheap, HOWEVER, they are top shelf and worth every penny!!! When it comes to your child, don’t cheap out. This experience has shown us the massive differences between the best (i.e. O’Leary and Shenasan), the worst (i.e. the paralegal we first hired thinking this would be easy, who misfiled our subpoena and communicated poorly,) and the shadiest (opposing counsel who can’t even call the child in question by the correct name). Choose the best.. O’Leary and Shenasan law! My husband’s outcome has been fantastic, and these ladies never went low, or advocated for us “to get in the mud with the pigs.” It was pure high road and class, all the way!
